Does Petakira work with LHDN e-Invoicing?

Yes. Petakira prepares each e-Invoice in the required format, checks it before sending, submits it and stores the validated copy with its QR code. You can also issue consolidated e-Invoices for walk-in customers at the end of the month.

I already use an accounting app. Do I have to switch?

No. Most customers keep their accountant's software and connect it to Petakira. Invoices, payments and SST figures sync across each night, so your accountant sees the same numbers you do.

How long does it take to move my stock list over?

Most shops finish in one afternoon. Upload your Excel or CSV file, confirm which column is which, and set opening stock per branch. Our team does the first import with you on a video call at no charge.

Can my staff use it on their phones?

Yes. Petakira runs in any modern browser, and the Android and iPhone apps handle stock-take by camera, stock checks at the counter and quick invoices on delivery.

What happens when I reach my e-Invoice limit?

Nothing stops. Extra e-Invoices are RM 5 per 100, added to your next bill. We email you at 80% so you can move up a plan if that works out cheaper.

Where is my data kept, and who can see it?

In data centres in Malaysia. Only people you invite can see your account, and you choose what each role can do. Our support team can only view your account when you grant access from settings.

Is there a contract?

Monthly plans can be cancelled any time and stop at the end of the month. Annual plans are paid once a year and give you two months free. You can export all your data whenever you like.

Do you support Bahasa Melayu and Chinese?

The app and invoices are available in Bahasa Melayu, English and Simplified Chinese. Our support team answers in all three, 9am to 9pm, Monday to Saturday.
